SMALL GROUP MENTORSHIP

 Preparing Your Athlete for Her Next Level with Transformational Coaching and Mentorship 


Confidence. Accountability. Growth. 

Mindset Training in a Mentorship Program that will build confidence, accelerate growth and hold her accountable with others walking the same journey.

Strengthen both her mental and your physical game. 

Small Group Mentorship

This is a small group mentorship program designed for female soccer players who are headed to the collegiate level in the next 1-3yrs.

This is for the players who are self-motivated, disciplined, driven and want to prepare, develop, grow and build confidence and leadership skills so they are ready for their transition into the collegiate game. 

If your daughter has coaches helping her develop her physical game, it's time she had a coach specific to developing her mental game as well.

The Mentorship Program offers the training, accountability, community, and mentorship she needs to develop the skills and be equipped with the tools to lead herself well. so she can be confident and successful and thrive on the field and off.

Each small group meets virtually for a mentorship call twice a month. These calls will focus on a different mindset skill and self-leadership principle aimed at building her confidence and empowering her personal inner voice and self-belief. 

Each athlete will begin the program with a 1:1 goal-setting call with Coach Jen. During the Mentorship Program she will have consistent individual and group check-ins via Voxer to foster accountability, growth and encouragement on her journey. 


Included in the Small Group Mentorship:

✅ Goal Setting Session with Coach Jen

✅ Bi-Weekly Small Group Zoom Calls to include monthly Training Call and monthly Hot-Seat Coaching Call

✅ Weekly Activation and Journal Prompts 

✅ Small Group Text Chain and Voxer messages for continued encouragement throughout the week from Coach Jen.

✅ Consistent, positive accountability!

✅ Access to Coach Jen for questions that come up during our time together.
